Never herd of anybody do this before, it may work but would think it would work better if the inlet was matched to it.

As above, not going to do much on it's own.

In conjunction with a larger lower divider, enlarged inlet manifold, enlarged TB & TC unit to match (ideally ditch the TC altogether & de-butterfly it) you should improve the V6's restricted breathing to some extent.

What the end result would be on a 2.5 though I don't really know & given the prices I've seen (on the rare occasions I've actually seen one) the enlarged inlet manifolds go for I don't know whether I'd consider it to be worth it.

I went down the avenue of "how much can I do to improve the 2.5 & how much am I willing to spend" & the answer in the end was pretty simple, stick a 3.2 in! :lol:

It's probably just been polished up on the inside with a revolving steel brush, and called Ported...

There are so many things that can be done with the V6, as Dan mentioned, but to what benefit... :think:

I'm just happy that my cars are going well, and no EML comes on... :dance:
