Cheers I'll give it a look, did you fit them and did you have any trouble getting the backing plates to line up as some guys on other sites are saying that sometimes using the original key lock is hard to match up without leaving a bit of a step down/gap.

Will still want the key lock on drivers side as don't have remote locking on the Calibra.

Thing is cheap central remote locking is bad, I know many that don't work on this rolling code system and then the code can be found out by someone else (who is into all technology hacks) and get into the car. That's why on my other car I have a decent alarm and locking system.

oh I would not worry too much about that ...if they can afford a Grabber, I think they will be after something more expensive than a Calibra

and with a nice brick most will get in anyway

May have a think about it then.

But before cosmetical and gimmicky, comes mechanical (next in for cambelt, waterpump etc etc).

Of course you would be Rob.

Just an announcement to all the other SE2 owners, not only do we have the registers on the forums, but now a website, and v-garage. Add your details if you have a SE2.

It's just a temporary website until I find some time to make a proper template but it's looking rather tidy and mentions about the history of SE2's, SE2 facts, the list of all the members combined from all over the web, with a page trying to find unknown SE2 members via pictures, and a link to our very own V garage where we can put up our Calibra's, keep log of them, pictures of them, and then calculate some figures.

At the moment we have two links, if the main one .tk doesn't work use the first one.
http://www.se2calibra.webs.com
http://www.se2calibra.tk

Add your vehicle to the v-garage, like virtual parking, you can upload pictures, but it must be done on the Official SE2 Owners Garage.

Steva

Thanks but if I remember correctly, your cally is my favourite one that I've seen (in pictures, not in life unfortuantely) looks a stunner.
You make us all jealous!
