Well another saturday gone by and a bit more done to the Calibra... finally got round to treating the rusty bonnet and sprayed it up in satin black to carry on the theme... didnt come out that well so it looks like I might be having to give it another go... or I have another idea, but need ot plan it out...

Also got the locking pins fitted for the bonnet, not got a photo of them yet, but I will get one soon...

Been a few weeks since I updated the progress of the Calibra... Well I got another package through the other day... Brand new still in the box, never used, Projector Headlights (Before you comment on the bonnet, yes it went badly wrong and is getting sorted soon lol)

Pollen Filter changed... Think it needed it lol...



Boot lock changed... I can now get in my boot

where is the pollen filter??? ive also got the 2.0 eco.

if you look under the plastic bit where the wipers go in ,under there is the pollen filter

Finally got round to getting some current pics, still not finished got some more finishing touches to do before its complete but stage 1 of the project is nearing completion...

New wheels (centre caps need to go on once Ive sorted out the issue with the hub cover cap thingy)


Thought I would try out some carbon fibre vinyl I got off ebay a while ago, I thought it worked ok, was useless for anything other then flat surfaces though...


Frotn ends taking shape, wanted to go for a mean look and its coming on well, think it needs the bad boy bonnet extension to finish it off though...

Silver indicator bulbs will look better in the headlights

yeah I think they would too, but i had to take what i could find down halfords the other week as the bulbs that were in the original headlights were just white lights so need to get some legal ones quick... will try and get some silver ones at some point...

next up will be getting the bonnet sorted...
