3.0l rebuilt and now in!!

New parts fitted: pistons&rings, courtney lightened flywheel, fast road clutch,clutch cable, timing belt kit,alternator,thermostat, all new seals and gaskets / stretch bolts, new radiator

I think I would do it all out the car and then drop a complete unit in, rather than fit heads in the engine bay....but each to their own

unusual colour choice :)

well only there for protection as you don't see it when its built up - and as it was on offer for a £1 in halfords I couldn't resist, plus I'm colour blind so it doesn't really bother me lol.
There is less to disturb going in from the top - all the subframe stretch bolts that should be replaced for one - plus trying to torque head bolts on a engine stand by yourself isnt that easy - it doesn't move about in the car!
