immobilizer and alarm

hi everyone
my friend bought a calibra same like mine but he has a problem wth immobilizer and alarm they left the immobilizer and alarm car is working but he wants a security and how he can fix it them...thank you

he has no alarm key and no immobilizer key they cut the cable which are come to immobilizer key car is working no problem but he wants to know where he can find a key fob for alarm how he can fix the immobiizer key maybe fixing only 1 is ok for his insurance and security
