radiator fan

Any electrical issues

radiator fan

went for a run last night and when i got back the fan was running flat out all the time so disconnected it for the night and tried again this morning and its still running- is there any common faults to check first? also this had a new temp swithch fitted in the radiator last year

I think there is a relay someplace as well ...could be that sticking
