Which Shocks

by Calibra_Mike » Sun Apr 27, 2014 8:34 pm

Been looking at shock absorbers as mine are probably due replacing as I have never changed them and not sure what's on there at present.

I'm looking at the Bilstein B6 or the Koni adjustables. Anyone have any advice or other options of similar spec.

I've had the Bilsteins before on my last Calibra and they worked sell with the Apex springs. I've also had the Koni's on my Old Corolla with we're awesome.

So do you rate the Billys over the Koni? I'm pretty sure I'm going to go for the Bilsteins. Thought I would just see if anyone has discovered any other shocks that worked better. I suppose why change something that works.

Out of interest has anyone ever fitted coilovers? Not that I plan on doing that.
