BK299 on Calibra

by D-Man » Sun Feb 28, 2010 8:31 pm

Colleagues, finally I've chosen rim model I will buy for my Cally. It's BK299.
I am thinking of black rims with polished lip.

But before I spent my money on them, a little assistance is necessary from present BK299 owners.

1. I didn't yet decided if I want 17" or 18". I've seen a lot of photos with Callys on 18" BKs, but does anybody has a picture of Cally on 17" BK299?
2. Does anybody has a photo with Calibra on black BK299?
3. Those who have 18" BK299 - what offset do your rims have? Size of tires? Lowering of the car?

Thanks in advance, guys!

I had the polished lip and to be honest they are a nightmare... mine chipped and scratched very easy... although I had Lenso rims so dont know if the quality/durability might be different...

Thanks for warning.
Does anybody own BK's with polished lip in order to confirm above mentioned information with regard to BKs?

 Hmm, I didn't noticed any negative reference on .net before tonight...
Are alternatives, that are not rubbish, available (for 4-stud appliances) with the same design?

D-Man, original BBS-s? ;)
p.s. you REALLY consider 18" on thin rubber like 215/35 for EVERYDAY car on our "directions" instead of roads? ;)

Original BBS cannot offer wheels with the right combination "offset + studs + diesign".

Thanks, mate.

They have quite a lot of wheels with similar design. What a pity that studs are not mentioned in description :(
