Managed to get the hella brake light working
went to maplins and replaced all the dud bulbs
with bright white leds

Mate... I'm also of this opinion, but the only way to know is if I was driving behind you...

I'll never know, but you might want to have someone drive your car, while you drive behind them, so that you can see for yourself!

But if anything, you can always simply disconnect the 'Brakelight' on the Roof Spoiler! ;)

oh I dont think its breaking any laws by having two...it just the visual impact of two spoiler brake lights

might be ok just I think it may look out of place

wasnt there a 4x4 a few years back that had 4 brake lights 2 on the rear pilers and 2 on the lower part of the bumper, and the had to dissconect the 2 on the bummper

There's rules about minimum height of lights, so if they had them too low then they would be told to disconnect them
