Headlight Refresh

by Callyman » Sun May 05, 2013 8:41 pm

For some time now (years) ive had really dull reflective units within the headlights, even worn right through in places.
After loads of thinking what to do Phantom mentioned to me he had a genuine unit for sale, so I had that and bought a new (other hand) off the bay.

Ive decided to not use the 1llusion Angel eyes this time (will be selling them) and just stick with the 1llusion clear lenses, which I polished up before re-fitting to the new units.

I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out

Fraz, I only polished the lenses, the light units are new ones.
I used Meguiars Plast-RX.

I still have some sets.
3 to be precise of which 1 is for my own Calibra.
Spare parts for you never know when.

SO I have 2 sets left
no angels any more though.

STill thinking of starting up again every month at least once LOL

Clear glass lenses would be nice but would take some serious polishing to achieve

You really should make them again, Many people buy aftermarket units just for the lenses and bin what's left.
As long as your lenses where cheaper you'd sell many I'm sure.
