Looking at them, the picture looks like the one that were sold on cc.com earlier this year...... for £80 if I remember right..... I thought £80 was a bargain at the time and was gutted I missed them, come on Big Daz, bring on the backing plates lollll

Hahahahha,,,, I could of sworn he said they were off to Belgium or Germany..... but nice one. Absolute bargain. Have you thought about giving them to Bigdaz so he can make templates for production???

Almost right, off to Sweden - via Wigan where my brother lives. We've been out here about 5 years now. I'd be happy to lend them as templates but I don't think that's the problem Daz has, I think he's struggling for time more than that.

lol..... I know what you mean. older i get.... the quicker it bloody goes :shock: That would be a good gesture..... I was almost thinking of suggesting the club invest in a set to provide for templates..... along with various near impossible to get hold of parts...... i e.... the bleed grub screw on the solenoid for the 4x4...... what a little so and so that is.... I am awaiting a response from our local enthusiastuc engineering shop on the one...... now.... where did I put that mallet!!!

Closer to home, I think there's some other pairs of backing plates floating around the club - I think Andy (callyman) said he has a pair in his garage awaiting a rainy day
