Hundreds of classic cars and bikes from all eras will once again be converging on picturesque Renishaw Hall, Eckington, near Chesterfield (S21 3WB), on Wednesday 13 June 2018, for one of the region’s biggest classic car and bike shows.
Organised each year by the Rotary Club of Chesterfield, the event is set to raise thousands of pounds for four local charities, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, Chesterfield’s Ashgate Hospicecare, Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity, and Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
The rally attended by enthusiasts from all over the area is open from 3.00pm until 8.00pm, no pre-booking required.
Main organiser, Alan Clarke of Chesterfield Rotary Club, said: "Renishaw Hall is the perfect venue for this charitable event which we have run successfully for several years, £75,000 to provide much-needed financial support for these key local charities."
He added “We are delighted that, for the third year running, we are being supported in the running of the event by members of our new Rotary Satellite Club of Chesterfield, which meets monthly for busy younger professionals in the Chesterfield area.
There will be a variety of stalls and amusements, plus refreshments and bar will also be available.
The main sponsor of this charity event is Stoneacre, one of the most successful and fastest growing motor groups in the UK. Other sponsors include:- JCT600 (Mecedes Benz Chesterfield), The Van Yard, PCS Motor Factors, BRM Solicitors, Stuart Bradley Jewellers.
