well ive been looking and as im going to keep the v6 a few more years until i can get my next car (long wait lol) so what ive decided by the summertime it would of been lowered as it is but with a quality set of springs and shocks.im looking around at places for best deals tbh and (mark1 will love this haha im looking at replacing the big ole exhaust baked bean tin too to a more subtle exhaust ,

Baz you missed the best deal on shocks you'll ever get from Ally.
You'll now have to pay 3-4 times more I'm afraid.

lol no mate you wont get better than bilstein so im gonna see what i can get around summer , i want it to look lower like it does but properly this time and not a mismatched setup.

fraz with the ones you suggested earlier , what are the prices for both springs and shocks ,ive tried looking but the shop is down. OPEL-VAUXHALL CALIBRA 2.5 i V6 04/1993 > 07/1997

Ive been talking to a mate of mine regarding the new setup and he thinks bilstein shocks n eibach springs would do the job nicely with new tops, arb links etc and he will do the work for mates rates in his new lockup.

Never used Koni's so can't say but you'll not find better value than billies as far as I'm concerned

On UK roads. i.e. not very smooth, you won't get a better ride than Billys.

I would say Knoi's are about the same, have had both and the Koni are a little bit firmer and harsh, but work very well

have also had the Bilstein and eibach springs, never liked the eibach springs myself just felt too much bounce with them
