Front end all stripped again.putting back on lower arms
with ordinary rubber bushes,fitting new bilstein shocks
and apex springs.heres hopping the rides alot smoother
planning to post some pics tomorrow

got the new front springs,ready to fit



painted new lower arms



fitted new bushes to the track rods





also fitting new shocks



and also top strut mounts and bearings

Picking up two new front bearings today,my local garage will
press them in for me.When I stripped them off one of them
felt a bit worn.

definetly not meant to be used on Glasgow roads

be good on the Highland roads though .....well the way we tend to drive them

im going for new std ones im sure they will be better than 15 year old ones and not as hard as poly ones as for the front arms they only last a year or two anyway

Even then you can still replace the standard bushes
saves buying a whole new arm

True ,just noticed you can get new arms less than the price of
four bushes
