Weather strip removal

How do you remove the weather strips without damaging them, so I can remove the rear side windows?

You've got to take off the interior trim and rear inside panels to get the windows out
You unbolt the windows using a 10mm socket.Remove the rubber from the door frame
Then you'll see the row of screws holding on the strip mate
