Atleast six weeks off now due to just having a Hernia op,

Feel a bit stiff and a bit of pain but its bearable

Gives me the chance to now catch up on some dvd's and have a good read

Right where's my take-away list

Due to having a problem with high blood pressure wasn't sure if the op was going ahead, Got the all-clear this morning

Went in at 8am and out by 1pm ................... and you know where you can poke that movie

Hula hoops sound good tho

I bought her some roller skates to get her to the fridge quicker
