How do you put your backout cleaning the car? Well I did Sunday, only got half way round and had to stop. It's just taken me 30 mins to get out of bed and come down. I'm eating painkillers like sweets.

Try Voltaren.
I took a tumble last week, landing on my right shoulder. Couldn't cross my arms, raise elbow or even wipe the bits that count. Still painful but rubbing in Volataren gel at least gave me the movement back.
