winter is coming...and a wee tip

was freezing round here the other day (and days after) and went to get into the car, and as usual the window is frozen to the rubber thus needing to really pull it to get door open.

so how do you stop this? well few methods

1. keep in garage ............fine if you have one
2. use car cover...............again ok if you have one and is a bit of carry on having to put on and off
3. move to a warmer country .........fine idea but again expensive

or you get some Einszett Gummi Pflege

yup sounds weird and yes I had never heard of it as well, but applied some all round the rubbers, and next day it was even colder and the car was well frozen.....blipped the remote to unlock, and the door opened without any effort

not so great on plastic by the way as it runs very easily on the plastic trim...but for those that know about the rubbers along the back side window that crinkle up in winter...it also stopped that as well

went round every single rubber seal and so far have had no issues with opening the doors or the boot ...for the price worth a shot

may do but it also washes off and is not treating the rubber like that does

4. put your car off the road over the winter and you never have to worry about opening the doors
