Main car body is done and is now over in the wheel refurb shop
Peripherals are now bring sprayed up
bump strips, roof rails, mirrors, tow eye cover, spare tow eye cover (cold air feed version), bonnet, bonnet vents, door handles, front 'V' badge, rear quarter trims

good job mate, but i think in the long term you might regret not taking the glass out

The glass from the rear quarters did come out, it was just the screens that didn't
TBH they said they were going to take it all out but didn't in the end???

Car back together







Interesting issue developed while driving it home from the body shop
Started misfiring, EML came on etc
Managed to get it home to investigate and finally located the problem

Aaaaaaagh, disaster
This happened tonight at the bottom of my street


We had a torrential downpour and the storm drain must have burst which ruptured the surface, I drove over what I thought was just water pouring out of a crack in the surface but this is what was underneath
