Spectral Makeover

by Jamesyboy » Mon Jun 21, 2010 5:00 pm

Well im gonna start up a project thread as thats my calibra off the road permanently now, 2 days premature unfortunately, as i was supposed to go and do a quater mile run on sunday to get my before results, and i had just put my new hoses on, but the thrust bearing went on me on saturday morning (just my luck) so ill have to just get on with it now.

It will be a bit of a slow start with her as i have to get the engine out and get some funds together to start spending some serious wonga. But i will take lots of pics and keep people informed if anyone is interested. I am open to advice throughout it, if i gom wrong please help me :) haha

So here is a couple of pics of how she looks now.

Cheers steve. Much appreciated. :) you and your boys were awesome to me on my last one ;) the plan..... To get as many horses from an xe as possible really. Anything and everything. Then tart up the paintwork, back to former glory, exhaust, lowered and wheels at most on the exterior. Just keep it fairly standard on the outside, as i like it like that :)

Steve i aint no mechanical genius like you, i think standard would do me, tbh i wanna stick with the xe, i just wanna get as much power from it as i can, i dont want as much power from the car as i can i want the engine to be top spec as best as i can!
