getting my SE6 back on the road bulld/progress thread.

:) hello all....how are we...?

Right my SE6 is a non starter at the moment....well since shes been off the road over the winter...its a c20ne engine and ran fine untill it stopped running  cranks over fine.

What i do know......

1...checked the fuel relay and tried another(no change..i can feel it click twice prime/run)
2...there is fuel at the rail
3...changed the crank sensor(made no difference)
4...checked for spark...seems ok(not a huge spark though)
5...there is fuel in the chambers(can smell it while spark plug is out)
6...checked all the earths they seem ok

My lappy OBD reader came up with

OP-COM 100219a - PC based diagnostic tool

OP-COM - KW82 Communication Window> 1995 (S)|Calibra|Body|Immobiliser

KW82 protocol initialized.

ECU ID= AA,90532624,0896,2195,1796,H1876,W0L000085T9007889,

Part Number: 90532624
Alpha Code: AA
Mechanical key code: H1876
VIN: W0L000085T9007889
Production Date: 1796
Software Date: 2195

Total number of fault codes: 2

00011 - Transponder Key Problem
Not present

00015 - Vehicle Speed Signal Voltage Low
Not present

Right ok....the 00011 code is immobilizer related ? The code have been cleared and have not returned yet...tried my spare key(chipped) just in case...no change cranked fine...no eml

As for the other one 00015 I`ve been told not to worry about that yet as it would not stop the car from running.

Heres my project thread on cc.com

What are flash codes...?

currently there are no ecu codes stored(no ecu light) the light come on but goes out while cranking the engine....then back on.

Hi,

There's a relay associated with the immobiliser function isn't there? Could be this...

Thanks for your comment on my rebuild thread by the way.

Best of luck sorting this.

In the passenger side kick panel I think. I've never had an immobiliser issue so I'm pulling this from somewhere deep in the recesses
