Test lamp

Hi, Ive misplaced my multimeter, will using a test lamp be ok for checking for live wires for when i finally get around to doing my remote central locking or do i need a multimeter [img]/smile.gif[/img]

You need to check 2 wires in the passenger footwell. One is the constant live, the other is live when the car's on, not live when it's off....so a lamp should do the job!
