4x4 ECU

Hi

Does anyone know where it is. I have had hald the dash out and cant find it anywhere. Had a look on my workshop manual which says that it is the footwell somewhere but cant see it.
Also what colour and size is it?

Any help would be great. I need to find it to see if it has been unplugged as my 4x4 light is not working at all.

Just clean the Central locking ECU thats what i do [img]/laugh.gif[/img]

Why not give the guys at VTS a call? Afterall you might well need their services later on [img]/smile.gif[/img]

i believe it sits above the normal ecu mate. Not sure as i haven't looked for it.

Thanks guys, i just need to find it to see if has been unplugged.
I found a small black box which looks like the ECU and sits just above the main one. Will this be it?

i believe so. i was told by Bri at VTS that it sits above your std ecu. SO if the box is above the ECU then more likely. if its been unplugged, then it maybe it.
