although it goes up and it goes down, it won,t go up unless you hold the button (it goes down on auto). any suggestions? Eden.

its lost its memory probably for some reason. What you have to do is to shut the window, once the window reaches the top, hold the button for 5-10 seconds. Then do the same whilst widing the window down, hold it once it reaches the buttom. it should work now. the auto close and open.

mind you, the cally's electrics have thier own mind. [img]/sad.gif[/img]
