Why is this happening on my dashboard? Any Ideas?

Any electrical issues

[img]/sad.gif[/img] i have A PROBLEM WITH MY DASH WARNING LIGHTS THE YELLOW ONES I.E. SCREEN WASH LEVEL etc AND ALL THEM 1s ON THAT ROW

when its been raining or damp they do what the video shows but a nice day they dont work anyine got any ideas?????

Sorry gordy, only joking. Sure someone on here can help you, looks like some kinda short circuit going on as you say its only occuring under wet or damp conditions, how about WD40'ing the main looms under the hood ? Might stop the water ingress

I once had that problem on a ford sierra, was told it was the voltage regulator chip in the dashboard,had it change end of problem. Dont know if its of any help mate [img]/smile.gif[/img]

When I had my 16v I lost all my check lights, turned out to be the reverse light switch had gone so check the connections on there

holey shmak thats trippin' [img]/biggrin.gif[/img]

Put a volt meter across the battery engine off/idle/3k, if all looks ok, try it the next time its going trippy.

Blimey, you're very own in car disco lighting system.... I think the ICELED guys will be looking over there shoulders now!

Damn weird, never seen mine do that (thankfully!!)

either that or you've got the ford escort rear light bug, where when they indicate the break light flashes in time with the indicator and when they break the indicator comes on :shock: :beer:
