Any electrical issues

I have the above fault code stored - 'Coolant temperature sensor - voltage high' - will simply replacing the cts work or do we think the problem could go deeper than that?
cheers

Me too
It's going to be one of two things.
1) The C.T.S. is shagged and needs replacing
2) There is a break in the one of the 2 wires that go to the C.T.S.

Do you know where abouts the C.T.S. is on the engine head?

The CTS is on the left hand side of the engine as you look at it, under the hose that goes to the radiator...

Costs £23 from VX and so long as you wait for the engine to cool right down...its very easy to change...5 mins at the most

From the title I assume you have a RedTop engine
Also, if you have a multimeter, it should read about 1k5 cold and if you warm it the resistance should decrease slowly...
