**Lowering Springs**

Any issues relating to suspension, steering and brakes.

Since slapping some 17" Wolfrace Ikons on my car I have some unsightly gaps between the wheel and the arches and the only way around this i guess is for me to drop her a few mm's, im hoping around 30mm

Can anyone recommend some reasonably priced but half decent springs? and are they fairly easy to change yourself or better to get it done professionaly?

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers peeps,

Go for some Eibachs. They are £130, drop 30mm but you wont regret it.

These people are really good.

You can keep the standard shocks with these and they give a good ride. I am in the process of writing a how-to for changin the springs on a cally but it is really not that hard, if you are fairly confident mechanically. You will need a couple of specialist tools.. ie ball joints splitter, spring compressors, a good socket set, axle stands as well.
