V6 brake upgrade

i know u can buy these in kits over here but not to sure here in oz.

what do i need to change from standard 16v brakes to V6 brakes??

bet its been on here heaps???

You can get v6 size brake conversions but to actually fit proper V6 brakes you need to change the hubs and carriers, calipera nd discs from the V6. You will also have to change your wheels as the V6 ones are 5 stud as opposed to your 4 stud ones.

That's why it's best for someone with a 16v to buy an upgrade to fit your vehicle.

so really i could just get the calipers and get some V6 size DBA rotors??

Hi Lee,
A set on rotors, and conversion kit, calipers and brakes will cost you about $4,000.00 at least.

P.S. Why not upgrade the tyre and wheel package. Because the braking ability of the V6 & turbo are huge, I had mine tested 2 weeks ago, for the pink slip, the calli was decelerating at negative 1g.
