get impact socket 2foot power bar and big hammer put socket onto bolt hammer socket few times with hamer to crack all the rust inbetween the threads put power bar onto socket and pull shud come no probs and if all else fails get blow torch as mentioned above and heat the bolt til its cherry red and try again

we didn't want to go through the broken captive nut senario,i think im gonna give that one a miss on the pass/side Matt but when i replace the other side i will give it a go 8)
