19" Alloys

i was just wondering if the 19" vectra snowflake alloys will fit on my calibra, i know they are a 5x110 stud but can i buy something to convert them to 4x100 stud? or wud it be easier to just change my hubs for the calibra turbo 5x110 if they fit?
