I've done mine too and it does make a hell of a difference...

i was going to get the gaffer tape out aswell,lol
they were original gm ones so they have been on the car along time ,probably since it was new :lol: :lol:

no mate there not , they are very easy, as i was a bit worried before i did mine but while i was up at v6 steves , the lads showed me how it mas done, basically mate you undo the plates 2x15mm bolts and 1x17mm ithink it is , each side but do one side at a time. get a claw hammer and put the claw bit in between the subframe and the lip of the bush, hit with another hammer working around the bush and it will come out, with the new bush i put some washing up liquid on it and it slipped in and then replace the metal braket thing back on and redo the bolts, then repeat on the oppisite side :D
