I am going through this too.

Changed calipers and then stupidly let air in the lines. Bled about 5 times now and no air coming out but still too much travel in the pedal. Changed the master and it is the same so I wouldnt bother mate. The only place for air to lock is the ABS unit. Also on my SE5 this happened and was ok after a while too but on the LE no such luck. Flushed the whole system out and pressure/gravity bled. The only thing left to try is pressure bleed from the nipple back. Or Bench bleed the ABS module and master cylinder. I am hoping that the bleed from the nipple back will solve it though as air seems to like travelling up the lines more than down.

Servo is fine. Could be check valve problem but I am more concerned about removing my rack for now :(
