That really depends on what you buy and if they are adjustable or not.

why would you need to adjust them ..unless your going from track to track and you need to alter the configuration for that particular track ...then coil overs are a waste of money to simply use on the road...once you have them fixed to what you consider a good set up then you never adjust them again

far better to get a good set of springs for road use and good shocks

it would depend on what you bought but you would need to buy realy good ones, i wouldnt have them unless it was on a track car, how offten would you adjust them ?

the rover im building has them fitted they dont work 100% at the mo but they dont look too hard to do, well i hope as iv got to get them going too :roll:
