4 stud to 5 stud

Ok guys what do i need to change from 4 stud to 5 stud can i just change hubs and nothing else or is there more to it

You can change just the hubs, Just get the correct bearings for the hubs.

would be easier to change the rear arms rather than doing the rear hub

What he said. If you can pick up a complete set of front legs & rear arms with 5 stud hubs then just swap them over, saves having to press the hubs out of your existing ones.
