knocking from front end

hi peps i got a prob my anti roll bar broke at the weekend so i fixed it or so i thought i did now i got a knocking from the front when i slow down but its only when i slow down so if you guys could help in any way i would be most gratiffied it a 2.0 8 valve cheers [img]/biggrin.gif[/img] [img]/biggrin.gif[/img] [img]/smile.gif[/img]

HI MATE HAD THE SAME PROB SO THIS WILL SORT YOU OUT AND ITS A COMMON PROB.
Take it to someone that has a ramp and air gun get under it and tighten the subframe bolts all of the and there different sizes.My bolts only moved a tiny bit and I thought it would do fook all but it did and its all sorted.This will have to be done no and then
