Ok took it down to my friend and he had a look and there is oil all over the place. ohh dear.


The part i need is going in to the side of the ACCUMULATOR !!!!!

Part number is 90473383

The bottom arrow is where its broken, And the flued is going out there.

Its just a pipe the goes on the right hand side and then down to join another pipe.

So thats good news. Well sort of.

As any one got a spare??

As its got to come from germany as n one in the uk has one..????

Ive phoned auto vaux They said the same they havent got one !!!!

Ok now the bad news... In 1 week ive gone through two bottles of fluid... At £6.50 a bottle + 5 weeks !!!!! thats alot !!!! :roll:

No mate, as i needs to be a 4+4 !!! and as iam the only cally turbo in basingstoke i think i might have a problem... :|

wots the problem mate? is ti just split? cant you cut out the bad bit and rejoin them with some pipe and a couple of jubaliee's? if its metal pipe cut it out and stick ruber hose over it and jubilee [img]/smile.gif[/img]

I cant picture the part..

Hi, Stu, no its the weld at the bottom cracked.

And fatz is winding me up saying the pipe will cost £250.. I blo*dy hope not.

cant u get a 2nd hand accum setup and grab the pipe off that? theres always 1 or 2 advertised here or on mig

Doubt any acc block would have that pipe as its the easiest place to disconnect it to remove it..
Doesnt it just go to rubber hose there? to go down to the tx? i cant remember tbh, i'm sure a hydraulics firm would be able to sort something out for you if it really will take that long.

not being funny or it might sound daft but is there a mend a hose firm or pertek firm that could make you one up i got them to make me some oil cooler pipes up for one of my old motors for 20 quid they where going to cost me 80 quid each from the main dealeryou never know just a thought

Ring VTS, I don't think that part is needed for locked boxes so they will probably have one kicking around somewhere.

Ok have orderd this part now 3 times and it coming back as the wrong part !!!

The old parts where £37 , but now have found the right part and its £87 :0

And its cost me about £40 in fluied to keep the car happy.
