Hi,

I have an 8v SE5 Cally and want to up the braking (as it is crap at moment!!!)

I have about £250 to spend... Whats do you recommend?

I have found some V6 Calipers from V-Tuning for £200 with plain 288mm discs.... is this going to massively help my braking? (Its 4 stud by the way, which is what my car is)

Cheers

Neil

Do you still have the original brake pipes. Change them to braided ones, front and rear, get some black diamond front discs, standard pads and renew your brake fluid. You should notice a big improvement. :thumb:

yeah i opted for the braided pipes upgraded to green stuff pads, and cross drilled discs made a vast improvment as before id brake on a drain cover and id still be in motion

felt like acunt

Have a look at LMF as they do an upgrade to V6 brakes for about £200 and it fits 4 stud hub's.
Mark...........It's Red........It's a V6............It's an SE9!..............and She's bad.
