Can I fit the reservoir bottle from a Turbo to a 2wd 16v?
My current bottle looks different but will it do any harm to fit it?

I have another PAS question, when i turn my steering wheel slowly it makes a grinding noise and i get some resistance. Is this because of the pump or is it something more serious?

dunno about the bottle internals, might be ok if you block off the accumulator return one on the turbo bottle..

grinding doesnt sound good mate, check your fluid levels, if they're ok then get it looked at, coudl be the rack/pump/suspension turret bearings etc etc.. get the front off the ground and try it, see if it works smoothly as it should, might give a clue.

Not to be picky, but when you say grinding, do you mean whining?

I've had this from either not having quite enough fluid in the resevoir, and also when the belt that drives the pump was slipping a bit, though therre are obviously worse consequences than those two things.
