subtle body mods?

by daddyt » Wed Sep 08, 2010 12:13 pm

am looking to start getting the parts to mod the v6, now am not going overboard with a kit, so am looking for nice subtle mods.......one thing i am looking at is lowereing it....BUT....i do not want to go to low that i cant get over speed bumps....i have way to mant here in edinburgh to contend with so lowered just enough that it looks good and handles better but is still high enough to pass over the speed bumps.

any suggestions on parts and places to get them?

cheers guys

40mm should give you a nice look, check the Discounts section for parts, nice set of wheels and good exhaust, take off the orange nipples and some oddes and sods inside should finish it off.
Mark...........It's Red........It's a V6............It's an SE9!..............and She's bad.

never had a problem with a 40mm drop and speed bumps, so long as you take them slow

front lip spoiler on front bumper
colour code the door handles and the original side skirts
rear boot or roof spoiler
tinted windows
nice alloys

job done

oh and lose the pink bits and buy a new number plate and fix the rear bumper (its missed the bit in the middle where it should slot in)

and blow your tyres up

thats a nice cally youv got there the last owner must have looked after it

If you go for the Gmax kit im sure Ally would be up for selling his but i would buy a better kit, as for mods i would go for some nice 17" alloys lower 40mm and a lower front valance change the orange nips
