Engine cleaning

Hey all going to degrease and hose my cally t engine bay tomorrow, are there any bits i need to make sure i seal/wrap up? Do's and Dont's? Many thanks

try keep water away from the air intake as best you can if you can get a hold of a steam power wash it would be better
