they do look good actually and i'm looking for a set to replace the maystar chrome jobs that i have.
just a thought if you are using ply make sure you make the enclosure totally airtight and put some wadding inside that should improve your sound quality a bit.

The subs are JVC CS LD3300, they are 12" with active blue LEDs in them which flash to the beat of the music, cost £65 each from <a href="http://www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk" target="_blank">www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk</a>.
If you know me you will know I'm big on the blue theme, and so will be my install.
When I tried the sub in its enclosure, the amount of air which was pumped out was suprising to say the least, so all the joints will need to be sealed with mastic.

no it's a very nice chrome Stinger one, rrp £149 but managed to pick it up for £99

yes this one has a digital voltage readout and some LEDs in the top but as I've not connected it up yet I don't know what colour they are

I'm just in the process of routing the cable from the battery to the boot so hopefully by the end of the week it should be connected, I will post some pics when it's done

The old skyline gtr felt exciting even when it was in a car wash !!!!! :)
