A new noise

by Calibra_Mike » Wed Aug 04, 2010 10:39 am

The one thing I can't stand is stupid little noises coming from my car lol... not sure what this is now, Ive noticed when im driving along and im close to a wall or parked cars etc... I can here what sounds like crickets/grasshoppers, at first I thought it was just that but its not its a squicky sort of sound coming from my car when i go over any little bump...

Ive really just noticed it where ive had my new wheels fitted but surely that wouldn't be the cause?

try spraying the bottom coil of your springs with wd40 or white grease as they can cause that sort of noise when slightly moving in the base
