Camber kit - ******* OFF!!
as far as i'm aware it goes something along the lines of the product or service they have carried out on ur behalf is not fit for the purpose in which it was intended. this being the case they are obliged to correct the problem to ur satisfaction as they are the agents who carried out the work on the manufacurers behalf. this shoulbe done promptly at a time conveinient with you. (consumers/sale of goods act 1976 i think!)
failure to comply will result in u taking matters further ie to the trading standards,local/national press, watch dog or other consumer group ,or legal action. this should the ball rolling but in the worst case scenario u should roll out the big guns and threaten to get their ombudsman involved. if all else fails then refuse to move and start putting other customers off from using the aforemention business to carry out work to their vehicle as their work is substandard and they offer no aftersales support for their "valued" customers.for further details if i can i'd be happy to help pm me or msn me at earthwormjimtatu@hotmail.com

well they said they will reset up the 4 wheels for us for FREE, etc, and with it being near specs, he cant see why how it could wear the tyres out this quick in a few hundread miles.
4 new tyres will be £260 (for faulken) or £300 for proxies)
i want the camber kit for the front etc

had a prob with the front on my 16v ecotec @1600 miles approx they just decided to pull themselves to bits. the driver side let go @70ish officer on the a444between cov and nuneaton. they were falken 225/35/18's.my first tyre pulled tread from carcass on passenger side and the second managed to pop with such force it opened up a perfect 11 inch plit on the inside of the tyre wall and looked like it had been slashed.( i checked and found no protrusions on the inside anywhere that could have caused such damage.) i subsequently spoke to all the tyre fitters in the area includin the one where i got them from and the general consesus is that being lo pro's then there is a higher wear factor when things even fractions of a mil outta line thus causing tyre problems that are almost too infinate to list.
the main hypothetical i was repeatedly given was look at wot happened in the us grand prix... cars being fractionally out in set up (obviously amplified by the far greater speeds and forces put on them than we can ever expeience on the road) and hey presto massive probs.
i know this is of little comfort to us mere mortals but it the best that i been offered.
